HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Hemyca Clothing: Items are Made-to-Order only. Please email info@hemyca.com for further information and refer to Returns Policy 

Hemyca Accessories: Click the Shop button under the item of your choice and you will be taken to Amazon.US to complete your purchase. Any Taxes and Import Duties applicable will be clearly stated and applied at Point of Sale by Amazon.US


WHAT IS A MADE-TO-ORDER ITEM

All HEMYCA LONDON garments are Made-to-Order only specifically for the customer. We do not hold stock. 


IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES HEMYCA LONDON ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept payment from Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal. First time orders must also be sent to the cardholder’s billing address. This process is not only for your security but also so we can verify your details independently. To make sure you do not experience any delays to your order, please make sure that all your details are entered correctly.


IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, IS THERE A WAY I CAN STILL GET THE ITEM?

Yes. We offer a Made-to-Order service and would be happy to make you the garment.

CAN I MAKE ANY REQUESTS OR SPECIFICATIONS IN RELATION TO THE DESIGN OF MY ORDER?

We offer a Made-to-Order service and we are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Please contact the Studio to discuss your specifications on info@hemyca.com 


AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your shipment.


DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility


WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD?

Payment will be taken at the point your order is dispatched. Please note some issuers will place a hold on funds at the point of authorisation; please contact your card issuer for more details.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES?

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY HEMYCA LONDON ITEMS?

HEMYCA LONDON uses high quality materials. We recommend caring for HEMYCA LONDON garments by using dry cleaning services and storing in a cool, dry location.


WHERE DO I FIND ITEMS THAT I HAVE SEEN IN THE PRESS?

Please email info@hemyca.com for further information and we will be happy to assist you in finding the garment.


HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE?

If you have any questions which are not answered on our website, please contact us at info@hemyca.com during our office hours of 09.00 - 18.00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).


HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After you place your Made-to-Order enquiry, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your enquiry has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Only after the delivery address has been verified and your credit card details have been approved will your order be accepted and the item(s) shipped. At which point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order has been dispatched. Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable  your payment for the item(s) will not be processed.


DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?

No, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
